Hi there! I’m Tiffany, owner and lead artist at Paige in Thyme. My business began with a blend of childhood memories and a career pivot later in my life.

I fondly look back on the days that I spent on my grandparents’ farm where flowers flourished along fence rows, barns, and chicken-wire encircled gardens. My grandmother never placed limits on picking these natural works of art. I actually still own, and have in my own garden, an heirloom Autumn Joy sedum that was originally propagated from a plant which had been growing around my grandpa’s wood shop since about 1945.

In 2021, my own daughter’s bouquet (the white bouquet on the bottom right photo) was sadly lost during the wedding cleanup. Two years later, an impossible idea came to me - try to plant the seeds from a dried flower on my mother’s corsage and recreate the flower. To my absolute delight, the seeds sprouted and thrived. A girls trip to Fredericksburg, Texas sealed the deal when I discovered the charm of bright, naturally colored seeds.
